CM's on CC currently

Forgive me if this question has been asked/answered already.

I know the CM's at CC were getting their provisions from the ships visiting the island when the ships were stateside but now that all the ships are in Europe, who is bringing them their supplies? Does anyone know? Also, are they rotating CM's on the island during this? I follow a number of cruise line CM's and a few are back onboard after a break.

I have read in the past that they bring in supplies by small boat from Acabo, the island that is about 20 miles away.

They also ship larger items the ships can't handle by barge from Miami
