My Dh and I just got back from a long weekend at Disney's Hilton Head resort. First off, I must suggest anyone that gets a chance to visit this place. It's a quiet area, very pretty, lots of scenery. 
Anyway, I wanted to thank publically the CMs at this resort.. they were all a fantastic bunch of people. Very friendly, and they go out of their way to help you out and see that you're happy. Example - on the dolphin tours, there's a minimum of 3 people before a boat will go out. My DH and I arrived Friday with hopes of going Saturday. When we signed up, no one besides us had expressed interest in Saturday at all. We went back to our rooms to figure out what to do with the rest of the day (we got in just after lunch), when we got a call from the same guy that had helped us sign up. There was a boat going out at 4, with space for 2, would we be interested? YES! So we made our trip out Friday instead of Saturday.
After the trip we stopped in to the Mercantile and I started chatting with a young CM about DL, new rides at WDW, 9/11, etc. It was so nice finding someone willing to just talk! (Note: he was pretty much the only one I saw wearing a lanyard, and me without my pins! )
Also, on check-in, I mentioned that we were there celebrating our anniversary. Saturday evening, we got a knock on the door from a CM bearing a card (signed by Pluto), balloons, and a small bottle of champagne. How cool was that? Anyway, thanks to any/all CMs from there for making the trip a little nicer for us.
