CM told me I could only book the 9:30 for HDDR on the DDP

I could have sworn the only stipulation to using the DDP for HDDR was that you had to sit in CAT 2 or 3. This CM insisted that we could only book the 9:30 PM show unless I had the premium plan. I tried to explain it to her but she seemed like she knew it was fact. I looked it up on the DIS.. I was right. Then I called back and booked the 7:10 PM show. Can you imagine if we didn't have the DIS?

She was confusing the DDP and Disney Dining Experience discount card. You can only get the discount on the 9:30 show. I recently was told I could not book a reservation for 9 people at the Hollywood Brown Derby unless I booked it as a Fantasmic pkg. I said no thank you, hung up, and called back and was able to book my reservations w/o the fantasmic pkg. The moral of the story is call back and talk to someone else if you can't get what you want out of the first person.
