CM said not allowed to check - PIN CODES

I just got off the phone with name CM name India, Asked if there where any pin codes to my name. And Her answer was , that they are no longer allowed to check for pin codes( I hve called 9 times to find out). I asked when this went into effect??. About six months ago according to her. SO, how I do I find out if I do have a pin code to my name?.
And about the free upgrade if your at a Value Resort do you all have the same pin code. If so can you share it???.

Try calling again and speaking with a different CM. I've called twice over the past couple of weeks and both CM's were happy to look it up for me, never said a word about not being allowed to do so. Unfortunately, I didn't have a code, but today I was able to book a package with free dining with my Disney Visa.

Don't know anything about the pin upgrades from values to SSR and OKW, but I'm sure people aren't allowed to share them, they're specific for each already booked reservation.

I had one check last week and there was one!!! Free dining for Nov. This was before the Disney Visa came out, so it really doesn't mean a lot now. Anyway, she agrued with me about email and snail mail and how I would know, but she checked anyway when I begged!
