CM room discount

I am lucky enough to have a friend who is a CM and can get us the friends and family discount (last time he got us 40% off AKL for 5 nights). For our February trip we are only staying 2 nights on property and the friend cannot get a discount to show on the website. He is logged in but is only getting full price rates. Does it have to do with a minimum # of nights? Or a website problem? Any CM's out there know?

You can usually get something but it might not be your first choice. If he is seeing other resorts for that date it's likely your choice isn't available. It may change or it might not.
