CM "Get Together"

Well I had my Get Together tonight and it was a great success. The girls all loved it. Loved that it was free too! It was a nice quick make and take type of class, plus we got to see all the new product. The one thing I think people will get out of it is that you can see what its like to work in a 7x7 album without buying one. Plus you can see how simple your albums can be with just a little bit of enhancements. I think its a great class for beginners and those not sure they will want to scrapbook. I made mine into a little short story about our Whale watching trip and will mail it to the boy my son made friends with on the boat.

Just thought I would let you know how it went.

Oh and I love the free album offered with classes this month. Very pretty.

Thanks for the feedback. That is what they told us woudl happen, but it's nice to hear. I think that the shorter class will go over VERY well with tis day and age of perpetual busy-ness! Glad you had fun!

I was able to sit in on a get together the other night also. Of course I am an enhancement girl so this would only work for me one time. Didn't get to see all of the new stuff in person , but what I did see looks like exciting times for cm. I agree that for first time folks its a great introduction to scrapbooking. I actually did a page about touring a cm warehouse !

I think they are doing good keeping up with the requests from us consumers. Free is a good thing. Leaves more money for our trips to LSS..

Now if they would just get that new Disney album already..

I too had fun making my storybook card and have booked a party with some of my co workers. I so agree on free being a good thing.

I have my first get together on Sept 9 at my home and I will make someone the host and she can get the free 7x7 album and credit, and then I have my real first one on the 11. Two days apart I'm hoping for big orders so I can place one huge order. My up line is doing her first GT tomorrow night I'm going to sit in on it to observe how it's done.I'm glad to know others are doing well with it. Nancy
