CM Friends and Family Discount - Can you book already for 2014? Change policies?

Can you already book with a Friends and Family discount for 2014? Does anyone here already have a 2014 reservation?

If a different promotion comes out for that period (e.g., free dining), can that reservation be changed from a cm discount to a package or cancelled and re-booked?

Does this mean that no one has booked for 2014 with a CM Friends and Family discount?

We're definitely going to WDW in January for Marathon, my cousin has offered to book a CM F&F rate for us, and my ADR window opens in a little over a week, and yet Disney has not released 2014 rates. I want to book since all 3 components are in place, but I don't want to make my cousin call in vain, since I know he's busy and I don't want to waste his time if the rates have not yet come out...Does anyone know if you can already book 2014 with CM F&F rate by calling?
