Major bummer here. When I first heard about this, I had visions of spending time with one of the high-powered The Walt Disney World executives in the parks. For those who haven't heard about this one, The Walt Disney World seemingly offered to have one of their executives become part of your family during your The Walt Disney World vacation. The advertising showed a happy family with Mikey Eyesnore happily joining in their fun, sleeping on a trundle bed, buying Mickey balloons for all the kids and skipping past all the long lines to get on the really popular attractions fast.

Yours truly signed right up and have now realized that I should have read the fine print first. Better that I make the mistake and get the word out than 70,000 of us here make it though, isn't it?

First off - you have to pay their way, including airfare from wherever it is they live. Secondly, they expect to stay only in one of the suites at the luxury resorts and YOU HAVE TO PAY! Thirdly, it may not be a real The Walt Disney World executive, it may be someone who works for a The Walt Disney World executive, or someone who is related to one! To quote the fine print "....to include executives of The Walt Disney World, other employees (past, present or future) of The Walt Disney World, relatives of said employees, up to and including non-relations who the kids call "Uncle" or "Auntie"......"

I'm pretty chagrined, but I'm going to put my best face on and grin and bear it. Apparently I'm going to be hosting one Arnold Stamblacher of Ames, Iowa. He's the third cousin of the busboy at the Guard 'N Grill. Big whoopie, huh?

You've been warned!

This is the another in a series of honest and objective looks into The Walt Disney World by your humble servant, clueless adventurer. I hope to stimulate lots of stimulating stimulation about The Walt Disney World. Thank you for your kind attention!

Will the employee bring their own reusable mugs?

Or do we have to supply that also????

I really need to know. Packing is at a premium for this trip and I need extra underoo space.....

Hey, I know Arnold and he's a big eater, so you better take extra cash for meals and snacks! ;) (And I've heard he snores, so take earplugs, too!)

I'd pay a little cash to tour the parks with Eisner. Can I treat him like a red headed step child?
( no offense to red headed step children, people who have red headed step children, people that may have red headed step children, or people that think one day they could become a red headed step child. This also does not imply that I would cause any harm to a red headed step child if I became the owner of one. Nor does it imply that I would have actual ownership of before mentioned red headed step child or children )

My son has started using that expression since his World History teacher used it! Cracks me up every time I hear it! I never heard it before - guess I gotta get out more:teeth: !
