Club Sevilla of Florida Vacation Villas?

Hi! I'm trying to catch a good deal at Skyauctions. Does anyone have ANY info on either of these resorts? Club Sevilla is near exits 13 & 14 on 192, and Florida Vacation Villas is off Poinciana. I know where Poinciana is, not sure about exits 13/14. Thanks for quick replies (auction ends at 11pm est today!).

If I remember correctly reviews on Timeshare Users group for both are pretty average. They are both probably decent places to stay but they wont have alot of "extras". I think Club Sevilla units dont have washers/dryers in the units, you have to use some they supply on each floor..
