Club Privileges at PBH

I'm planning a May trip to the Portofino Bay Resort, and all they have available right now are regular rooms, and we were hoping to try club level this time. The reservationist I spoke to said that it was no longer possible to add club privileges to a regular room. I remember reading here that it is still possible. Does anyone know if it is still possible, and if so, how do I do it (when I check in?), and how much does it cost?

When I called the reservationist said that, but then they connected me to the front desk, and they added it for 75$, no problem.
