Club Penguin White Puffle? Where to buy plush toy?

I have seen pictures popping up online of the white puffle plush toy, and some are being sold on ebay (for a lot of money). They aren't available (yet, anyway) on Disney's website, or at the Disney Store in town. Does anyone know what is going on with these? Will they be available (other than ebay) any time soon? My son would flip out if I got him one for Christmas...
