Hey everyone :)

We are hoping to catch HHN's at Universal from Sept 25-30th while staying club level at HRH.

Does anyone have any pictures / reviews/ info on what to expect at club level . TIA :cool2:

Hi Archergirl1,

I stayed at the Hard Rock Club Level (Club 7) last October. I wrote a live trip report during our time at Universal starting on page 4 of the report. I believe I started on post 56. The first 3 1/2 pages were of our time at Disney world.

There are a few pictures of the Club 7 lounge, but not a lot. I do offer my thoughts of the club level experience at the Hard Rock.

I hope it helps. Here's the link to the live report as it happened back in October.

Awesome :) Thanks for the link - it's fun to check those trip reports out !

I was just curious if you didn't mind going into more detail about what to expect in the club room - like what they had for breakfast...was it just cold items or hot as well ? And same for what can be expected in the evening - what sort of appetizers did you see ?

Thanks again

Most of the items for breakfast were cold items like bagels, pastries, cereals, etc. There usually was one hot item per day like biscuits and gravy or oatmeal.

In the afternoon they had cookies and small snacks like gummies, gold fish crackers, etc. Coffee, sodas, and water were available all day in the lounge refrigerator.

for dinner they had a number of hot appetizers and a few cold items as well. These included perogies, mini egg rolls, and potato skins. From 5 until 7 they were serving beers at the mini bar. I believe there was a charge for mixed drinks.

If I remember correctly you could take drinks out of the refrigerator even after the lounge closed for the night.

I hope that helps. :)

When we were there two years ago they had:

Morning: pastries, doughnuts, muffins, bagels (with cream cheese) different types of breads for toast, mini boxes of cereal, fesh fruit, oatmeal in packets, milk, coffee, tea, hot cooca, soda, oj, and apple juice.

Afternoon: It always changed but they had chips, pretzels, goldfish, sometimes cookies. There was a little train on the desk and inside are more cookies.

Evening: They always had fresh veggie tray with ranch dip and cheese and crackers, then they would alternate the nibbles. One night we had pigs in a blanket, chicken nuggets, skewers of chicken, mini egg rolls, chicken wings. They had a pasta salad one night too.

Desserts were cookies, brownies, and one night we stopped in they had sundaes.

All day you could stop in for water bottles, (not sure if they still offer these or not) soda, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.

Hi everyone! We are planning to stay Club Level for one night in September. Could anyone let me know if the amenities are still available on the checkout day too? Thanks!

We left Universal late in the day and were able to use all the amenities available to us including the club lounge after check-out. We did ask the receptionists in the Club Lounge and they made sure our key card was still activated so we could access the seventh floor all day. You may want to do this before you check out.

Thanks! I've just read your report by the way- very helpful, thank you. :thumbsup2
