Club level fast passes and canceled reservation question.

We’re canceling a non AP discounted reservation with an AP discounted reservation (same resort, same club level room type, same dates, same guests). Will we lose our club level fast passes and non club level fast passes that we booked? Also I upgraded our magic bands - will the system see a canceled reservation and charge us for them?

I can't comment on club-level fast passes, but I switched our reservations at 30 days for a recent trip. We received two sets of Magic Bands, even though I thought I had cancelled the old reservation before the shipping date. We did not have upgraded magic bands, so we were not charged. I waited to cancel the old reservation until day 30, so we did not lose our Fast Passes.

I would call the concierge level services to see if they can put a note and avoid a charge for the magic bands.

Is there a reason you actually cancelled the first reservation instead of just updating it with the discount? So you do have a new reservation number? If so, I would definitely call to confirm.

DSS transferred me to My Disney Experience, MDE transferred me to guest services, guest services transferred me to billing. Final result being: if you get charged call us back and we'll see what we can do to help at that time.

I couldn't cancel as a TA has my reservation, and what's on the website can be there one moment can be gone the next, so I grabbed the reservation while I could before it was taken by someone else.
