Hi,

I just checked to see if the Club Intrawest is available for a pre-cruise stay. Unfortunately, it is closed for bookings right now. What do you think the chances are that they will open up bookings at some point in the future? Also, does anybody know how close it is to the port (Canada Place)?

Thanks,

Lisa

The resort is at Nelson and Hornby in downtown, DCL is running out of the Canada Place Port... you are quite close. It's a nice walk without luggage, you probably want to cab it or if there's a shuttle use that with luggage.

We stayed at the Sheraton Wall Center and took a cab to catch our celebrity ship. 4 years ago that was 10 - 15 dollars. The Sheraton shares a driveway and courtyard with Club intrawest. If you can go a couple of days early Vancouver is a great city.

We're planning to arrive a few days early. What is the best mode of transporation (Big Bus) to visit some of the popular sites? How convenient is "public" transporation to the hotel?
