Club Disney Crowds?

Has anybody been to Club Disney this week. Are the crowds increasing? Any queuing necessary? What characters have been there?

We were there Monday. Crowds were minimal. Maybe 10-11ish in the morning. When I came in (DH had been in there with our little guy for a while since my oldest and I were on TOT), it was Donald, Daisy, and Chip/Dale. They left on the half hour and Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, and Goofy came in. No real gap between them. It was great!
