Closing time of Coral Reef?

Coral Reef is in Epcot Future World, right? If that is correct, does it close when Future World closes or does it close when World Showcase closes? TIA!

I am subscribing to this, because I have a 8:45 reservation there, so I'm hoping it closes when WS closes - otherwise I'm in trouble.

3) Here, I thought Coral Reef closed at 8:00pm.

Well I'm just taking an educated guess here but if you have an 8:45 pm reservation than I'm sure Coral Reef is still seating parties with those reservations even though it would mean that when you finish your meal you would not be able to do an attraction in Future World. After all, Future World is still all lit up until after World Showcase closes and everyone has gone back through to the monorail or to the parking lots. (Yes, a few of the people will go through the International Gateway to the Boardwalk.) The later dinner reservations are more easily available because some people don't want to miss Illuminations. It should be a quieter time to dine.

My CM didn't seem the most with-it person when I booked... so I wasn't sure about the time.

But if Future World is still lit up, then it should be okay.

I checked online looking for Coral Reef reservations at 8:45 pm. Nothing was available for the next several weeks (it is a popular place) but when I went all the way into November I was offered either an 8:00 pm or 8:50 pm for the date I selected. So it does appear that they are open beyond 8:00 pm.

OP, there's your answer from Kathy - it closes when WS closes... or at least, it stays open at least that late.
