I bought my DVC membership back in Sept last year and I remember the CM that helped me say that I would get the closing paperwork within a month or two. I called when there was an issue with my annual dues and after that got fixed I asked about the same paperwork and was told that it should be mailed in another month or so, that was in February....It's June now and I still haven't gotten anything. Am i asking for the right thing or is it called something else? Also is it something I can just pull up on the DVC website and print out? I really want to have complete records and all I have now are copies of contracts with no signatures.....

Direct buyers should have received a mountain of paperwork from DVD. Call the quality assurance number for your missing documents.

You bought direct but haven't signed anything yet? Or you signed and are able to use your membership? If the latter then what you were given at the times is the only paperwork there will be. There is not anything they send out to you other than the deed though and that has always been very delayed.

I signed everything, but I got blank copies of the paperwork...no deed was sent to me

You can go here and copy that info off. ... Press accept and then type in your name as it appears on the deed.

Thank you! I was able to find my deed! But I still have the issue of blank contracts, I was told they would be sent to me. I'm only going by what's on the website about dues and I had gotten a bill that was higher than I remember the dues should have been. That's why I called them. I just really want to have a copy of the papers I signed for my peace of mind. I'll try calling again....

Did you finance? Not sure if that matters but maybe once loan is paid you get documents????

No, I was lucky enough to be able to pay cash....but Tony the CM said I would get everything in the mail in 2 months. That's what bothers me....

That would be completely unusual from my experience unless it's something new. Have several direct contracts and never provided signed copies - either at the time nor after the fact.

I haven't received any further paperwork since I received my copies with along with the originals I signed and returned. I also didn't finance anything. For the dues owed you can calculate from date of purchase. I purchased last month, June uy. There was no dues owed for 2016 points given and the 2017 dues were prorated from date of purchase through end of 2017 calander year. DVD owned points up till May and so they paid dues till then. Once I purchased then I was responsible from that day forward. January, 2018 I'll get a bill for 2018 dues and 2018 points. Hope this helps in calculating dues bill. My guide was able to tell me about what the bill would be when I purchased and his estimate was within a couple dollars.

I will say that a few years ago I purchased an AKV resale contract. Signed and notarized deed and title insurance paperwork was sent to me after closing. My recent resale Aulani purchase was just emailed copies that I could download.
