Closing of Aulani’s pools

When will Aulani open its pools? And do they have wristbands they use for guests?

The renovation schedule is on the website. There will always be some pools open.
And yes, you must show your room key every day to get wristbands. They use wristbands to ensure people in the pools and meeting characters are hotel guests.

The Main pool was closed during our weekend stay on November 3. My family and I decided to swim at the Lagoon - public beach. The sun and water were perfect!

There are currently two poosl open, two hot tubs, a water slide, kids splash area, and the lazy river.

Yes there are wristbands each day for the pools. Different color for each day of the week. You can still get a wristband the day you check out and request a shower key by the lobby.
