One of my closing documents has an error, and I can't get the title company to call me back. I really want to send my documents back today. Does anyone know if this will matter? Here's there error in my Occupancy and Use Disclosure form, It says "There are 192 points available from September 2019 and there are 225 pints coming in September 2019 and forward"
Clearly the pints should be points. I assume that I can just return the document and everyone will know what it is supposed to say (or maybe nobody will even notice), but I really don't want to have to do it again...
On the lighter side, I don't even drink! So 225 pints of beer would be no good to me!!!!
