Closing costs

Hi, is anyone aware that Disney have now added closing costs to add on contracts for existing members of DVC? When did this come in?

It started a week or two ago. There are a couple of threads about it here on the DIS.

Sad enough it's true. We were told by a guide that to offset this change the DVC added an incentive when purchasing only 50 points. The incentive should remove the expense of the closing costs plus a little.

We paid closing costs for our add on in the end of March..the 24th I think.
