Closing Costs

Hello gang...I was just curious, what were some peoples closing costs on a contract? Can you PM me? I was just wondering...thanks

I thought they were a fixed amount through Disney no matter how many points - $325 is what I'm remembering in 2008 and we purchased 160 points.

I think closing is still free for add-ons, but hopefully someone will come and confirm (or deny) my info!

i think the amount varies depending on whether you finance or not.

also, if you buy a "sold-out" resort (such as BCV or VWL), some have reported that there are no closing costs (although you would usually pay much more than you would on a resale contract.)
