I started this room about a month ago and have worked weeks on it. I spent so many credits on this one room I am rather poor now. LOL

Under the water rugs I put the heart card rugs. I think you buy them in it's a small world. I put those down first then put the water rugs on top. I got this idea from my husband who made a pool room too but his has a different look.
