Closest Quest Lab to WDW and best way to get there?

Anyone know which Quest location is closest? Also, it is it easy to take a cab, or should I rent a car? Will need to go twice, but not on consecutive days.

Closest is at 1530 Celebration Blvd in Celebration. Best bet from BLT is taxi. Go South on World Drive off Disney property until it ends. Turn left and it is less then 1/2 mile on the left.
