OKW and AKV will be the closest and they're likely about the same ease of travel as well. I assume you'll have a car. Will they run any special shuttles for the event from specific hotels?
Thanks Bill! Dean, I don't think they will have shuttles, which will be a challenge as we have never used anything outside of Disney transportation. Should be an adventure! Looks like Saratoga is the only availability. Thanks again guys!

If you're taking Disney transportation to ESPN WWS, allow at least two hours travel time to be on the safe side. You will need to get the WDW bus to the closest park(If you stay at SSR you could take the bus to DTD and then switch to the POP Century bus--check to make sure the DTD buses are running when you need them). You will then get on the POP Century bus and go to the resort(this is the closest resort to ESPN). Next, get on the ESPN bus which should leave from bus stop 1. The ESPN bus will then stop next door at CBR and then go to ESPN.
It sounds complicated, but it's very easy. I used WDW transpo when I did Atlanta Braves Spring Training a couple of years ago. The buses will be packed, so pack your patience. Unless things have changed, there is no formal que at ESPN to board the buses coming back--use your imagination.
$10 Cab to ESPN WWS - nice drop right at the sidewalk in - and bus home. Every 30 minutes buses. BTW, don't let anyone tell you that All Sports have bus service - it just means they take you to Pop where you have to wait for a bus to WWS. The two direct venues are Caribbean Beach and Pop. We've been going to ESPN WWS for the last 3 Spring Training so we're experienced. We've even driven - which means a long walk in unless you arrive hours early.
