closest Davita?

We are heading down for 5 nights in March. DH is on 3x a week dialysis and I thought by then he would be on home dialysis, but they have not moved to that yet (there is only one Davita in our area that does the training, I guess).
When we went to Pensacola FL over Christmas they found him a local Davita he traveled to three mornings. I guess he'd have to do that at Disney too and meet me later.
Is Celebration the closest Davita to WDW? We are at OKW. And would that be expensive by Uber? We are not renting a car.

BTW, we did a 3 night in August and he was just fine. He missed one treatment, but no harm done. He actually has no symptoms other than bad blood numbers.

When I need treatment during my Orlando visits, I always coordinate with my current dialysis center for travel treatment. They may also have a special travel e-mail address or phone number where a representative can help you. I would start contacting them no more than 3-4 weeks before your schedule trip.

also, you may need to take a Covid test before you visit the center. I would recommend taking it no more than 2 weeks before you go because the results can take time.

Thanks! We used the one in Pensacola last month when we went to visit my daughter, and he did have to have covid test at his regular facility one week before we went down there.
