Yes that means you will have to wait until December 29th to book. You should be able to get a Standard View on that day. Right now I do have the points available.

There is nothing available in the four consecutive nights for that time. AKV Kidani, OKW have the night of the 25th and AKV Jambo has the night of the 26th. Everything else is booked.

Hi I'm looking for 3/4 nights at BLT from 08/23/14 preferably magic kingdom view in a studio for 2 adults. Is this available ? I'm from the uk and I'm not sure if there is tax on top of the quoted price so please could you confirm for me. Thanks look forward to hearing from you.

As for your question on tax on the rate, there is no tax. There is an addition cost of doing the transaction through Pay Pal which is incurred by the renter. This is approximately 3%

I have the following points available for rent for reservations made after February 1st, 2015.

210 BLT Feb 2015 UY at $13.50/point.
For reservations made after Feb 1st, 2015.

I do have rental experience and will require a contract signed with 50% deposit (plus pay pal fees or Chase Quick Pay with no fees) upon reservation and the balance due 60 days before vacation. Can help set up ME or DDP if needed.

If interested send me your dates, number in your party, adults and children, resort location and room type. The more flexible you are, the better chance of finding what you are looking for.
