UPDATED Points for rent or transfer:
**UPDATED Points** Poly - September 2025 UY - 8-11 month rentals only at Poly at this time - 22 points @ $18/point
**UPDATED Points** BWV - June 2025 UY - 5-11 month rentals at BWV at this time and 5-7 month rentals at other available resorts - 22 points @ $17/point
**UPDATED Points** BWV - October 2025 UY - 9-11 month rentals only at BWV at this time - 124 points @ $17/point

Transfers for all points from each contract only but be aware that the points can't be borrowed or banked.

Please provide the following if you need me to check availability:

Room Type(s): (Studio, 1BR, etc)
Check In Date:
Check Out Date:
Number of Adults:
Number of Children (0-17):

Full payment after rental confirmation is sent. There will be a simple contract sent which will need to be acknowledged via email to protect us both.

For transfers, we can discuss payment while we call to do the transfer.

Venmo or Zelle are preferred payment methods. If not an option, we can discuss other ways for payment.
