Hi! I'm a 25+ year DVC member with many successful rentals. This year I have 360 October points that my family won't be using. Points must be used by September 30, 2025. I'll be happy to check availability same day for you if you supply the following:

To check availability, please send the following:

Resort (please share 2 or 3 in descending preference)
Room Type(s): (Studio, 1BR, 2BR, view, etc)
Check In Date:
Check Out Date:
Number of Adults:
Number of Children (infant-17):

I will check availability and share that with you same day. To complete the reservation I'll need your guest info, after which I will book your room and send a simple rental contract. The completed rental contract via email and full payment is required through Venmo or Paypal (you pay fees if required) when you receive the DVC confirmation email, a screenshot of the booking, and a finalized contract.

Hi again Evetan83. Not being able to use the Private Message capability of the form is a liability. I would suggest you access the information at the beginning of the disboards site regarding the private messaging system - especially paragraph 2 referencing the tech support section where you can quickly complete the requirement for 10 messages in a few minutes.
