I have 43 remaining points to rent. A portion of these points are developer points and thus must be used at SSR, and cannot be transfered. The reservation must be between March 1st, 2009 and August 27th, 2009.

The first 28 points I rent will cost $8.50/point. A $.50 discount is offered for cash payments. Paypal payment fundeds by checking account is considered same as cash. Any remaining points will rent for $9.50/point (same cash discount also applies).

$3/point deposit required for reservations more than 60 days out. Balance due after reservation is confirmed. For stays less than 60 days out, full payment due in advance. I of course will refund all payments immediatly if I fail to secure the reservation.

(Please note, your paypal account must be verified, and your deposit payment must clear before I place the reservation).

No refunds once reservation is confirmed, however I will work with you to try to modify any reservation, or to rerent the points if need be.

For SSR, those dates would require 170 points for that reservation. I no longer have the points to support reservations that size.
