Confirmed Reservation: 2BR @ SSR for 10/18-25/14 (7nts) for 262 pts. A renter had this booked, but had to cancel and this is the only reservation left for Food and Wine festival on these weekends.
I am motivated to reduce and rent instead of bank into RCI.
262pts@ $9/pt = $2358. Experienced renter, rental agreement used.

I'm so sorry. I missed your post. Yes if you still want. I could lop off that night for you. It is just 41pts for that Saturday night. I would take $10/pt for just that little reservation. Total would be $410. As we are just a week away, you'd have to overnight a check, or do PayPal which adds 2.9% about $12 to process the transaction. Let me know if you still are wanting. I'll need names of those in the room, ages if children, address and phone number. Once I have a confirmed reservation in your name, I'll forward a rental agreement and you'll make payment. As we are so close, you have essentially no room to cancel, so make sure you're committed.
