Closed :Reservation wanted Jan. Feb. 2010, any resort!

Hello everyone!

We are looking to rent some points in 2010, and are open for travel dates, preferring to stay 6-7 nights, travel usually Wed-Wed. but we are very flexible!

I would really like BLT, AKV, WL, BWV, BCV, OKW, SSR in that order, but as always if the price is right....well you know the rest

I also just realized I can rent at BWV for 82-105 with a request for a studio with a daybed. So the number of points needed is flexible as well.
Our family consists of two adults and three children, so at most resorts we need a two bedroom, AKV and BLT would fit into a one bedroom. I am calculating our points there, anywhere between 206-360. We are really looking forward to a DVC rental! Thank in advance!

I am just wondering how many studios there are with a day bed as this would suit our family as well? Is it only at BWV?

I am not sure if it is even true that this is a possibility according to some of the PM's I have been receiving, but according to this site and another SOME studio's come with a queen, a sofa sleeper and a daybed. I don't know how many and what the odds are of being able to book one? ANYONE?

They are made available for any type of room. It must be requested at time of the reservation, but like any requests, DVC will not give an explicit guarantee. What the DVC reservation told me was that most get their request, but don't want to give a guarantee in case they run out. They would not tell me how many day beds they have, but like a rollaway, they bring them to the room when requested. Hope this answers your question.
