I have a 1BR confirmed at Vero Beach that I am not going to be able to use for Memorial Day Weekend. Check in is Friday, May 22, 2009, Check out on Monday, May 25, 2009 (3 nights). This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a long holiday weekend getaway at the beach. 113 points at $10 per point.

Hi there, I've been thinking about a Vero ressie for a 1 night stay, Sunday, 5/24, but for a studio or inn room.
If noone is able to rent the entire weekend, and you consider splitting the reservation at some point, I would be interested in the night of 5/24.
Since the 1 bedroom is about double the Inn room pts., hoping the price might be negotiable.

Do you lose these points if the reservation is not used? We have contacted you before and can go at the last minute if you do not find anyone else and will lose the points but since it is out of our budget and we always go Sun-Thurs and stay in an Inn Room we would offer a lower price. Thank you
