CLOSED - Reservation for rent - HHI studio 10/25-10/29/11 - $6/pt

We had a change of plans at the last minute. We have a deluxe studio reserved at HHI from 10/25-10/29/11. Total points used are 65. Will take $6/pt or $390. PayPal only for payment. Please let me know ASAP if you are interested.

I am a new DVC owner and wanted to check out HHI. I would not be able to use all 4 nights next week. Would you consider renting just Thursday and Friday?

If the reservation is canceled, I understand that the points go into "holding". When do these points expire?

If that is what you end up doing, if you would rent the "holding points" for the same price, I would be might interested in a long weekend in January---would want a 2 bedroom the weekend of January 13-16. I think that would be the same number of points I understand that holding reservations can not be made more that 60 days in advance.

I'll be away from my computer for a couple of hours. Will check for your reply when I return.

Thanks for your interest. These points are split between our 2 separate member numbers. When you cancel the points, they are placed in a holding account. Holding points expire at the end of the current use year. They cannot be banked, borrowed or transfered. They can be used to make a new reservation but the window shrinks to 60 days out from the night you wish to reserve. In other words, if I were to use them to make a reservation for Jan 13-16, 2012, I could not call to see if a 2 BR was available until November 13th. I would like to rent the current reservation as is and avoid the points going into the holding account. If you wish to pursue that, please let me know. If I am unable to rent the reservation as is, I will cancel and then go from there. Thanks again for your interest.

Sorry. There is nothing available at HHI for those dates or next week at all except a 2br for one night only.
