Closed: Reservation for Rent: BWV BW view studio 12/28 - 1/2

Well,

It's with great sadness that I post this - I simply don't think it's responsible to go and I held onto it to see if something changed with this matter. BW view for NYE week.

• $1800 firm
• if no one wants it at this price I will figure it out for myself

• money order/.bank draft only - no paypal
• only contact me if you realize that this is a trusting, on both sides, agreement

I aplogize for the bluntness about trust. I had an awful first rental - renters not following agreed steps at every point. And I won't repeat it.

Hi everyone,

I thought being blunt would make this clear. It's a studio as in the title. It's a high price per point - that's obvious. I have no issues with that. I feel that it's not an unfair price for the actual reservation. To me the booking warrants the price. A BW view DVC unit is only possible for BWV owners. Not CRO.

And if in the end if it doesn't well I'll somehow figure it out for myself. Or even for a family member or friend. (I might have even given it back into the pool for other owners WLing but I'm really near the end of my UY and I would lose the points in the end.)

I do wish to rent it because of recent unforeseen circumstances. But not happy because I was and have been, all these months, so happy and grateful to have it for myself.
