I'd like to begin the post with a polite request that anyone with objections to the pricing refrain from commenting/posting. It is priced significantly below any option to book the property through any other available options. I do not need any explanation of the equivalent price per point, etc. I prefer to gift the reservation to family or friends in that case.

With that said, I am open to offers so please feel free to message me. I may not be able to accept your price but welcome any sincere offers.

I can do payment through Paypal or Venmo and I think I have an old rental template around I can dig up and we can sign if you like, so you have some specific written terms. If you search the forum you can see some old listings I have here as well (they've all gone smoothly). I can also probably reach out to a previous renter for a referral if desired.

I'd be doing the rental as non-refundable, but I am fine about changing the reservation guests later (the same terms apply to any new guests). I will also offer that if you find and purchase rental insurance I will rebate you $50 towards the insurance cost. If you send me the receipt for the insurance purchased, I'll send you a rental receipt and credit you back $50 through your payment method. Please just make sure that your insurance will cover this type of rental situation. As an FYI, there is probably no way you'll be able to modify, add, or remove dates, things are very booked up.

The DIS provides a private conversation system (PM) for correspondence between posters. You must be registered for 24 hours and have a minimum of ten (10) posts on non-DVC Rent/Trade Boards in order to use this system. We would encourage you to go to our Technical Support/Test Forum where you can reach that minimum easily. Please do not do so in the rental threads on this board as those posts will not count towards the required minimum.

Once you have reached 10 posts it can take an hour or so for the system to recognize the post count. It will NOT be an immediate response to the 10th post. You can see how many posts you have that will count towards 10 by hovering your cursor on your username and check the box at the lower left where it says 'Messages:'. If that number is lower than 10, you still need additional posts.

To contact another poster, click on their username and in the pop-up box, click on ‘Start a Conversation’. To open your ‘Inbox’, hover over ‘Inbox’ to view the recent contents and click on a new conversation to open or click on ‘Start a New Conversation’. Personal information (email, etc.) may be securely conveyed using this conversation system.
