Confirmed reservation for rent. Monday March 7 - Checkout on Thursday, March 10
3 nights, 4 full days of club level access. (Day of check in through to midnight of day of checkout.)
Asking $1650 - payment using Venmo or Paypal friends and family only.
This room sleeps 4 adults plus one infant.
Room is configured as 1 Queen bed plus one queen sized pull out sofa.
Note, only those on the reservation are permitted access to the lounge. The rooms are located on the floor with the concierge desk watching over them. The staff is very friendly and good with recognizing faces. Breaking the occupancy and access rules is not tolerated and they will notice.
I have not rented out my reservations or points, ever, but have been DVC member since 2008 and an active member here on the Disboards for much longer than that.
DVC units offer free parking at the resort as well as at the theme parks.
DVC also offers free laundry facilities, this is fairly close to the club level rooms. Soap is provided at $1/box charge card only.
Club level permits access from the morning of check-in through to midnight of the day checking out.
It offers a breakfast bar with juices, coffee and one hot item prepared by Boma, a small lunch/snack (at the moment everything is pre-wrapped), a dinner bar with one hot item prepared by Boma, evening cordials and desserts. All day long there is soda and juice, fruit, coffee and tea (no bottled water for some reason). There is also selection of beer and wines.
These are my own DVC points made as a reservation for myself.
I am willing to help the renter with a little knowledge regarding AKV club level, but cannot assist with planning visits to the parks. Concierge is backed up with requests and they also may not be able to help (I've never tried using them).
