We are longtime DVC Members.

**Now booking reservations beginning February 1, 2025**

150 Boardwalk pts (Feb UY).
190 Riviera pts (Feb UY)

These are our home resorts, which gives an advantage to booking up to 11 mos. in advance compared to 7 mos. for non-owners.

So, if the Boardwalk or Riviera are your preferred resorts, consider locking in that popular room category now by booking directly w/ an owner. These home resorts can be booked NOW for reservations between 2/1.25 - 8/26/25

Otherwise, all DVC resorts can be booked for reservations between 2/1/25 - 4/26/25

Thanks for asking but for now we are only renting these points.
Let me know if you'd like to explore that option instead. We do provide a good contract with flexibility and refund options.
