We have 320 Bay Lake Tower and 65 Old Key West points with February 2025 Use Year (for stays between 2/1/25 - 1/31/26) that we decided to rent out. We have been going to Disney since 2015 and have been DVC owners since 2018, so have lots of experience with both.

Terms:
$18/point
non refundable, but I'll make changes based on availability / Disney rules
payment via paypal (you cover fees), venmo, Zelle, or personal check
50% due after I provide the reservation # and the other 50% due 3 months before check-in
