For rent 325 points at $13/point.
I have two home resorts, Wilderness and Animal Kingdom.
I can make reservations at these resorts for stays up till May 31, 2014.
For all other resorts I can make a reservation till Mid-March, 2014.

Over the years I have rented points to many people and have references upon request.

I will need the following information:

1. Dates you are interested in going (check-in date and check-out date)
2. Location you want to stay (give me a couple of resorts in order of preference)
3. Room size (studio, 1bedroom, 2bedroom)
4. Number of guests
5. Any special requests to be aware of

I will have you sign a rental agreement. That protects you as well as me.

I accept Paypal or Certified Check only.
Renter is responsible for all associated Paypal fees in addition to points costs.
Depending upon the reservation date all payments must be made at time of rental. There is no refund or cancellation available once reservation has been confirmed.

Hello, I was curious as to whether there are available studio rooms for Oct 11-14 (Staying Friday, Sat, Sun nights) in any of the resorts. I know that it is Columbus Day weekend, so it may be tight.

Our preference would be:

BLT (lake view or MK view)
BWV
BC
WL
AKL (savannah view only)
and then all the others.

bxmetfan - You didn't say how many people and what room size. So I checked various combinations.
A 2 bedroom lake view is available with the exception of the following nights Dec 20th, 21st, 22nd. A 2 bedroom standard view is available with the exception of Dec 20th & 21st.
A 1 bedroom lake view is not available the 19th - 22nd.
A 1 bedroom standard view is not available the 19-21st.

A Studio either lake view or standard view has fewer days available - there are only a couple of days out of that time where there is availability.

So if you want to book this and wait list; let me know. I won't charge you for the wait list unless they come through. The wait list would go from now till 30 days prior to the reservation.

Book These Available Nights: Dec 18, 2013 to Dec 19, 2013 (98 Vacation Points)
Book These Available Nights: Dec 22, 2013 to Dec 27, 2013 (457 Vacation Points)

If I booked a two bedroom for the entire stay it would be 669 points. I only have 325 points available for rent. So I would suggest going to someone who has a lot more points available unless you want to split the reservation across owners.

CPBoam - Both resorts are available for those dates.
Beach Club Deluxe Studio is 100 points.
Boardwalk Deluxe Studio Pool or Garden View Studio is 105 points.
Boardwalk view is not available for the entire stay.
