Rent:

I can reserve 11 months in advance at Animal Kingdom Villas (Kidani or Jambo) & 7 months in advance at all other resorts.

A 50% payment is due at the time I confirm the reservation and the balance is due no later than 90 days prior to check-in.

Transfer:

I am happy to transfer points. Since only one transfer per year is allowed, I will consider transfer requests on a case-by-case basis.

100% of the payment is due before I make the transfer.



I accept Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, or personal check. Added fee for Paypal to cover their non-friends-and-family fee.

I will check this for you. Hang tight. Regarding PMs, I don't remember the requirements but I believe you just have to have ten posts, and it might take a short while for the PM capability to show up. Maybe another member can chime in. To PM, you just hover over a member's profile pic and select "start conversation". I do notice that that option is not available yet when I hover over your profile pic. I suspect it will be there soon.

I can book this for you at Kidani or Jambo. Savanna View is 41 points total. Standard view is 34 points. Let me know if you want to proceed. I can book now under my name to hold the reservation. Do you want to be in Kidani village or Jambo house? I can give you my thoughts if you are not clear on the differences. Or you can check out a YouTube video. There are lots of good ones.

I would like the Standard view at $18 per point. Like you said, I expect I will have PM privilege's soon.

I went ahead and booked your reservation in Jambo House, February 24 to 26, standard view studio. Jambo is the larger portion of the Animal Kingdom complex with more shopping, dining, etc. And it has the massive, impressive lobby. If you want me to change you to Kidani instead let me know. There is no difference in the rooms at the Studio level. Kidani is smaller and a bit more boutique in it's feel. There is also a splash pad at the pool for small kids, while there is not one at Jambo. Of course you can go back and forth between Jambo and Kidani by walking or taking the shuttle that runs witin the property. Let me know how you want to proceed. THANKS, Ron.
