These are for the September 2011 Use Year.

For Rentals: 50% at time of reservation and 50% 90 days before check in. If you do 100% at reservation, I'll do a 5% discount ($9.50/point)

For Transfers: Payment at transfer, as these will then be in your account for use.

Prefer PayPal as this will give both parties a documented record of the transaction, however, a personal check or money order will work as well, if you prefer.

I've rented twice through the DIS, but never asked the first one for a reference, so I've got one reference (These were simpler more trusting times )

Hi, I have sent this request out to a small few here on the board. I am a DVC member so a transfer would be great rather than a rend. I am looking to book just a one night stay at Aulani on 5/6 in a studio. Depending on what view they have available probably looking to transfer 25 points (give or take!).

Please let me know if you think you can help another DVC'er out! I have never done this but it looks like my waitlist is not going to come through this time, shoot!
