• 101 RIV starting 2024 Aug (only at RIV) $19/point
• 228 CCR starting 2024 Sept $19/point

• DVC resort(s) in order preferred
• Room type (studio, 1 Bed etc)
• View (Standard, preferred etc if it is an option)

Sorry, there is no availability in any BWV studio for that time. Dec is like peak DVC booking time so the room go extremely fast.

First thing you will want to do is get your message posts up to 10 (?) so that you can PM people in order to exchange email info and move further into the rental process.

Do you do any kind of payment plan? I noticed some owners do 50% after the reservation is made and the rest like 40 days before check in.
