After I answer all email requests, only then will I look to the private messages on this board, and finally to the posts to this thread. All requests will be answered on a first come basis from the above source order. When you send your request please indicated the resort, dates, and accomodations you are interested in as well as a phone number I can contact you at. Messages without phone numbers will not be responded to and will be deleted.
Normally the evening of the day you send your request I will respond with my contact information and a link to the terms and conditions of the rental. I will call you that evening (have to do the job thing during the day) and go over your reservation request and get the rest of the details (have them ready please). I will not attempt to make reservations until we have a chance to talk on the phone. I do this to ensure we are both comfortable and in agreement with the reservations, the process, terms of the agreement, and to ensure there are no questions.
Thanks to Disney's new on-line reservation system we should be able to make and confirm the reservations (if available) on this initial call.
I only accept PayPal transactions for payment. There are too many scams going on to take chances with bank checks, western union, etc. PayPal offers us both an extra level of protection during the transaction.
Reservation less than 30 days in advance will require payment in full before I will confirm the reservation.
We have been renting our excess points for the last 10 years and can provide references upon request.
