I would like to rent the points expiring 12/1/10 first and will give preference to those needing a reservation before 12/1/10. If points left, those expiring 12/1/11 will rent next. This is the perfect time to reserve October and November at Beach Club while BCV owners like me can book ahead of the 7 month window. Of course I can reserve any DVC resort if not over 7 months from now.Not saying no to those renting 12/1/10 and after but will need to get the first 220 points rented in case I need any of the 12/1/11 points to complete those reservations. I will update frequently.
