I am looking for a studio at Boardwalk Villas checking in on November 3rd and out on November 8th for 2 adults. We will be celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary with a return trip to Epcot (we honeymooned there) and my 37th birthday falls on 11/4. It could be a really special trip for us. Please let me know if you have any points available and if the resort above is available for this time. The reservation total should be 54 points. Thanks for your help!

If the studio at BWV is not available, please check BCV as well. If the studio is not available at either, can you check any of the following dates for both BCV and BWV or a split stay between the two:
10/20 - 10/25
11/10 - 11/15

And then if none of those pan out, could you try an AKV value studio for the same dates starting with the week of 11/3.

My first preference really is on the Boardwalk at either BWV or BCV.

I would also be interested in working out a deal where you try for a waiting list on either or both BWV/BCV (not sure how it works), and at an agreed upon date, if neither pan out then default to the AKV ressie. I'd be willing to pay extra to set this up and do a partial payment as good faith. I don't believe this is normal practice - at least I don't see it referenced in the boards, but again we would really like to be down there during that week. Thanks for your help!

There is availability at Saratoga Springs for the week of 11/10. It was 14pts a night for the Mon-Thur and 17 points for the Friday. Sorry I can't help beyond checking availability. -stan

Do you still have these point available and what is your home resort? Can they be transferred?

I still have the points. They are in holding (can only book 60 days out) but I'm pretty sure they can still be transferred if I call member services. They expire at the end of August 2014 so home resort priority window is over for them (they are SSR if it matters for a reason I'm not aware of). thanks -stan

Can they be booked for a stay mid Aug. like the 15th? At OKW? Can they be transferred?

They can be used at OKW - the website is showing availability on 8/15 for 19pts. I've heard they can be transferred but they will still expire at the end of August and have the same max 60day out book window since they are in holding. The 60day window is out to Aug 24th as of today. Letme know if you want to do a transfer - I can call into member services to verify. Or I can book for you and email you the reservation.
