CLOSED-Points for Rent: 250+ points at Boardwalk Villas - Dec 2011 UY

I have 250+ points available for rent at $11 per point at Boardwalk Villas. The points are for Dec 2011 use year and can be used for reservations from Dec 1, 2011 through Nov 30, 2012.

Plan ahead now for Christmas 2011 or spring break 2012.

-19 year DVC member
-Will provide three recent references from renters from March and April 2011
-Standard contract from the DISBoard
-Payment 50% when reservation complete and then 50% 60 days before reservation start date. Payment by check or paypal - renter pays additional 3% to cover paypal credit card fee if they apply. If you are looking for a spring break reservation in 2012 then 25% deposit now, 25% in six months, 50% 60 days prior.
-guaranteed 24 hour turn time, I'm retired and have my email up all day

With all of this info, I can have a reservation for you within 24 hours

You will have a written contract in your hand, email confirmation from DVC and 3 references before any money changes hands.
