Terms are 25% due after you receive written confirmation of reservation and a signed contract. Balance due 60 days prior to check-in. Personal check is fine. I have rented our points many times and can offer references if you'd like. Additional points are available if a few more are needed.

Later.... One of the renters that I arranged a reservation for has disapeared into cyberspace.... I had borrowed points to cover her reservation so now I have 120 points that need to be used by September 1st available again.

Greetings:

I'm wanting to rent something during the 5 days of July 16-21. Could be staying in one resort from July 16-19 then another for the last two days if needed.

Is there any availability at BWV or BCV? - We're open to studio or 1 bdrm villas. We're also open to other DVC resorts during this period, although I wish it would work out to stay part of the time at one of these two.
