Points have been rented: I have over 200 Points available for rent at $11pp.
If interested, please let me know preferred dates (including alternates) and locations, room size, etc. I'll check availability.
Also if you know approximately how many points you need it would be very helpful to let me know in your initial email/post.
Half payment is due when ressie is made and remainder due 60 days prior to check-in.
As a renter and an owner, I have an understanding of the concerns of both parties during this process. I have references available and would also be willing to phone you if you would prefer to talk directly.
