Those dates are available at BCV in a 2BR Villa or 2BR lock out Villa - 144 points for either. Unfortunately, since it is not our home resort, we can't book it until 7 months prior. The earliest we can book is Feb 22. 2022. If you can fond someone with BCV as their home resort, you can book now. Otherwiae, you'll have to wait. Glad to help if you decide to wait. We have 320 Saratoga Springs (SSR) points for rent. We are asking $18 per point and are able to book at the 11 month window for SSR and 7 months out for all other Disney resorts. These points are good for any reservations beginning NLT Sep 30, 2022.

Rental Point Cost = $18 per point

For reservations, please relay the following:

• Desired dates
• Room size
• Location/Resort you'd like to book at
• We will check availability and get back to you as soon as possible

A confirmation number will be given after the reservation is made. A screen shot will be emailed showing your reservation. Payment is due upon receipt of confirmation. Payment may be made via PayPal, Venmo or Zelle.

It looks like there is availability at all three resorts.

• OKW only has a 1BR (100 pts) and 2BR (136 pts) available for that period (no Grand Villa)
• Boardwalk only has a 1BR available (128 pts - Garden/Pool view)
• Saratoga has a 2BR Villa (140 pts) and 2 BR Lock-Off Villa (140 pts) as well as a studio available (52 pts or 60 pts for standard or preferred)
  • SSR also has a Treetop Villa (172 pts) available - more expensive but sleeps 9 vs 8
  • Also has 2 BR Preferred (160 pts) and 2 BR Lock-off Preferred (160)

Lots of iterations!

It looks like there are lots of options for your dates. For a family of five, I would imagine you want a 2BR or maybe squeeze into a 1BR but many 1 bedrooms only allow four guests (some allow five).

You'll need to let me know which resort and what size BR you are interested in.
Availability:

• Saratoga - pretty much every room at every size -- can't do 1 BR (only sleeps four); 2 BR - 144 (standard) or 165 (preferred) or Treehouse Villa (177 pts)
• Old Key West (all sizes from studio through 3 BR Grand Villa -- 1BR - 103; 2BR 140; 3 BR - 223 pts)
• Riviera Resort - 1 BR Villa Standard (147 pts) and Preferred available (186 pts)
• Animal Kingdom Kidani - 1 BR Standard (107 pts) and Savanna View (134 pts)
• Animal Kingdom Jambo - 1 BR Standard (107 pts) and Savanna View (134 pts)
• Bay Lake View - 1BR Villa Lake View (146 pts)

It looks like it is pretty busy during that time period. Only Saratoga has full availability for those dates. A 2br standard villa is 176 points; 2br preferred villa is 216 pts (preferred rooms are considered in a better location on the resort).

All other results have no nights available or a sporadic one or two nights.

• There is availability for Saratoga 2BR (140 pts) plus a studio (52 pts) for 5/15-5/19 (standard view on both)
• Only a Bungalow at the Polynesian for 5/15-5/19 (more vacation pts than we have -- 520 pts)
• Unfortunately, no Grand Villa at OKW. They do have both 1BR (75 pts) and a 2BR (102 pts) available though
• Lastly, Boardwalk only has 1 BR Villas (Garden View) available (96 pts)

Please let me know if any of these work.
