We have 200 +- points for rent at the disney dvc resorts. We have rented many times in the past and will supply a contract as well as references if needed.

The resorts are very full, the only resort left with availability is Saratoga Springs. They have the first 3 nights in a one bedroom and then the last 3 nights in a 2 bedroom.

SSR - first 3 nights - one bedroom = 85 points
SSR - Last 3 nights - two bedroom = 109 points

SSR - total stay in a 2 bedroom = 194 (above + 70 additional points) = 264

If you were to book the trip we would charge the first 50% at time of reservation once you receive the confirmation number/email from Disney and then the remainder in one month from that date.

At this time we would like to get $11.00 per point.
